 All instructors go through a rigorous training and must past a stringent test for each of the Microsoft Office Programs. Once certified MS Office Specialist, then they are ready for more training to be an effective trainer. They also will take a personality test prior to hiring to ensure we are hiring the best fit for our team and our students. When we deem fit, they will be ready to teach. All instructors are trained to teach the same curriculum per class without much deviation (barring questions that may arise) to create consistency with each class, each course, no matter who is teaching.
